Water Treatment Plants
NOIR is able to carry out the design, installation and maintenance of water treatment plants, both waste and high quality water for the production process. Our engineering is carried out in Italy, by engineers specialized in the sector and with the most advanced technologies. We have the best customized solutions according to the type of treatment required. From sand filtration systems and physicochemical systems, to advanced biological processes and membrane bioreactors or ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes and compact options, depending on the characteristics of the water to be treated and the available space.
For example, if you want to supply water for the production process from well water, we can provide filtration and softening solutions or advanced systems such as membrane softeners with low energy consumption. In case of treating wastewater from the textile industry, if space is available, a suspended biomass biological reactor can be chosen; where space is more limited then the alternative could be a Membrane Bioreactor or a Moving Bed Biological Reactor with biomass attached to the supports.
If the customer already has an existing process with standard discharge, and wishes to recycle the water for use in the process, then we are talking about a tertiary process with filters and membranes.

Lint and fiber removal
There are aspects of wastewater treatment that are often neglected, yet this is where some of the greatest opportunities for optimization and savings lie. In particular, pretreatment; good pretreatment can be the key to better overall performance leading to overall cost reduction. NOIR supplies disc microfilters, with a degree of filtration between 100 and 200 microns, which block the passage of chaff and fiber, operate continuously and automatically backwash. The main benefits of this technology include:

Water recovery systems for industries
NOIR offers water recovery and recycling alternatives for the industrial sector, depending on the client's needs and the quality of the water to be treated. Once the secondary treatment processes, such as biological reactors, have reduced the organic load of the water in terms of COD, BOD and suspended solids, then it is possible to proceed with the tertiary treatment stages, to provide quality water that can be reused in the production process. For this purpose NOIR provides technologies such as self-cleaning disc filters, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis with state-of-the-art membranes that guarantee the best results with the lowest energy consumption.
